Method 3: Crack Windows Server 2016 Administrator Password with Offline NT Password Editor.

When you forgot administrator password and cannot log into your Windows server 2016, rather than the password reset disk, you can use a free password remover, Offline NT Password Editor, to help crack the administrator password. To use this program, simply download Offline NT Password & Registry Editor, burn it to a CD, use it to boot on the PC that you want to crack administrator’s password, and follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Download Offline NT Password & Registry Editor. On the official website, click on Bootdisk button at top, scroll down to Download section and select cd110511.zip to download.

Step 2: Extract the downloaded file, you get cd110511.iso which is an ISO image file that can be burn to a CD by Nero, ImgBurn or any other CD burning software. Now burn this ISO image to a CD.

Step 3: After you have burned the image on CD which is a bootable disc. Insert the CD to your server computer and reboot. If you see the following screen, press ENTER to continue.

Otherwise, you have done something wrong. If the computer still boots from Windows, you have to check boot order in BIOS whether it is configured to boot from CD or not. Learn how to boot from CD/DVD.

Step 4: Shortly after the CD drive starts spinning, you will see the Offline NT Password Editor welcome screen. At this point, you have to press a key to continue. Once screen scroll to the first step, type “1” and then press “Enter”.

Step 5: Several options will be displayed, type “1” and hit “Enter” to select “Password Reset”.

Step 6: Next, type “1” and hit “Enter” to select “Edit user data and passwords”.

Step 7: All user accounts of Windows server 2016 will be shown on the screen. If you want to crack the administrator’s password, type “Administrator” and hit “Enter”.

Step 8: Type “1” and hit “Enter” key. The administrator password will be removed.

Step 9: Now you need to save changes and exit the program:

1. Type “!” and then press “Enter” to quit.

2. Type “q” and then press “Enter” to continue quit.

3. It will ask you to write file back. Type “y” and then press “Enter”.

4. It will ask you if try again. Type “n” and then press “Enter”.
